Some seasons call for speaking out. Others call for strategic silence.
Lizzie – vulnerable, living with FASD – was taken from her family through deception and coercion. False allegations were used as the excuse. Agencies have refused to investigate, refused to listen, refused to follow safeguarding guidance.
The UK Government says it clearly: “Isolating her from her family is abuse. Enough.”
So for now, we pause. Not in defeat, but in strength. The truth will rise.
